Elder sibling of the two, Akanksha has always been a responsible child. With a
mix of personal and professional experiences she has achieved great
milestones in her life, starting from a semi rural background to reaching at one
of India's best institutions for her PhD. Her culinary skills are amazing and she's
an expert at baking. She's a socially and emotionally balanced person who is

Education:
She has done her schooling from Charkhi Dadri, Haryana. She did her BSc from
International College for Girls, Jaipur and MSc (Food and Nutrition) from
University of Rajasthan(Second topper), Jaipur. Did a 6-month internship from
AIIMS, New Delhi in clinical nutrition. Currently pursuing her PhD from CFTRI
Mysuru, institute under Ministry Of Science and Technology.
Professional Experience:
After finishing her internship from AIIMS, she worked as a product specialist in
a nutritional supplement company (Baripro)in Delhi for an year. Later she
joined SCOD, New Delhi and worked there as a Bariatric Nutritionist for 6
months and then left the job for preparation of NET JRF, which she cleared
with fellowship and now doing her PhD from Central Food Technological
Research Institute (CFTRI), Mysuru with UGC Fellowship.
Also recommended to be an officer in Indian Army twice from Service Selection
Board, Bangalore in 2015.
Family:
A close knit family settled at Jaipur. Father is working as an Insurance
Consultant, Mother is a private school teacher. Her younger sister is working as
an Editor in a renowned MNC in Hyderabad. Paternal grandparents stay at
their native village in Haryana. Maternal grandparents at Jaipur. Both
grandfathers are retired Army officers. Maternal uncle is currently serving in
